BED TRANSITION TIPS

  • Start offering some sleep (naps) time in the new sleep space.

  • Be sure that the new sleep environment is optimized for sleep.

➛minimal distractions

  • Consistent routine.

  • Spend time in the new sleep space, outside of sleep to build trust.

  • Avoid only using motion or feeding to put your baby to sleep.

  • Avoid on the go naps, stroller naps, car seat naps.
